MEMORANDUM of some things that John Blackiston has thought fit to take account of before us as a verbal will. To wife Elener Blackiston, all the land from mouth of the Cove that runs up to Dickharts Spring with a straight line to the head of Conners Cove. If she should change her condition then the island to be rented out for the benefit of my young son John Blackiston untill my elder son Nehemiah Harbert Blackiston comes of age and then to him. Moveables to be divided among sons, Nehemiah, George and John Blackiston.
