Biography
Jessie was born in 1860. He was the son of William Blackman and Catherine Knickerbocker. He passed away in 1898.
- b. Jessie, b. Dec. 25, 1860, in Marseilles, Ill.; d. Aug. 31, 1898; m. July 17, 1889, Edward Dancy; lived in Paris. He is a Professor of Music.[1]
