Nellie Louise Blackman, 19, married 21 year old James Weston Wilcox at Ingham, Michigan on June 16, 1890. Nellie was born in Springport to Emerson C Blackman and Sarah Horton.[1]
In 1930, Nellie, a widow, was boarding in the home of John O Jones at South Warren Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.[2]
