William Penn Blackmer was born in 1830 in Norwich, Connecticut, the son of John Blackmer and Susan (Williams) Blackmer.[1]

Marriages

He married Lucy Bartlett on April 10, 1852 in North Brookfield, Massachusetts
He married Catherine Rand on March 5, 1868 in Douglas, Worcester, Massachusetts.[2]
He married Susan Goodwin on August 21, 1887 in North Brookfield.[3]

Death

Rev William Blackmer died on Apr 6, 1902 in West Brookfield [4]and was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery in West Brookfield.[5]
