When Ann Mariah Blackmore was born in 1821, her father, Owen, was 28, and her mother, Eliza, was 23. She married Allen Sloan on October 30, 1837, in Greensburg, Indiana. They had eight children in 18 years. She died on May 22, 1860, in Lee, Missouri, at the age of 39, and was buried there.
Family history had the date set about 1861. It would have to be with or after the birth of her son Thomas, 16 March 1858. It would have to be before the 1860 US Census, 26 July 1860, where her name does not appear. Elmore-505 00:52, 11 February 2018 (EST)
Note: It appears that Ann died either in childbirth with Thomas or within a few years after he was born. She had definitly passed away by the time Milton was 4 years old. [mitchell.FTW]
