Sarah Blackwelder was born 12 Sep 1809 in Cabarrus, North Carolina, United States. She was the daughter of Caleb Blackwelder and Leah Cline.

She married Joseph Alexander Cook on 15 Sep 1832 in Cabarrus, North Carolina, United States.[1][2][3]

She died 9 Jun 1876 in Cabarrus, North Carolina, United States and was buried in New Gilead Reformed Cemetery, Concord, Cabarrus, North Carolina, United States.[4]

Blackwelder-896 and Blackwelder-895 appear to represent the same person because: Exact duplicates except for death date. He could have not been married to both. Sarah died 9 Jun 1876 (aged 66)
