Biography

When William Joseph Blackwell, known as Joseph Blackwell, was born in 1745, his father, John, was 20 and his mother, Mary, was 20. They had nine children in 39 years. He died in 1806 in Franklin, Georgia at the age of 61. [1]

Marriage: Sally Chandler Banks on December 24, 1771, in Granville, North Carolina. [2]
