Biography
Frances was born about 1925. She passed away after 2000. She married Alvin Mckinney at about age 23, in or about 1948. She abandoned their 2 children to be raised by her parents. The children were reclaimed by their father and his new wife, Lois Ledbetter Mckinney after he remarried in 1957. Alvin Mckinney was away in the army and airforce.
