Will of Morgan Morgan (abt.1760-abt.1819) proved in Bedford County, Virginia, on 28 July 1828 lends to his "beloved wife" the tract of land where he lives and Negro woman MaryMary Morgan (bef.1828-). Upon wife's death both are bequeathed to his son William B Morgan (abt.1810-) when he becomes of age. Property is also given to sons, Samuel and Alexander with the rest of the estate divided equally between his daughters. "To witt Sally Ayers, the Hairs of the body of Roda Lukin, June Ayers, Betsey Morgan, Charlot Morgin, Rebeaker Morgin, for them & their Hairs forever. My Meaning as to the Hairs of Rhoda Lukin is that what I here give I give to Rhoda Lukin and at her death to the children that lawfully begotten of her body." He appointed his wife and son Samuel Executors.[3]
Don't confuse this Elizabeth Blade/Nicholls/Morgan with Elizabeth D Nickols, daughter of Bazdel Nichols, who married Morgan's brother Mordecai on 18 January 1791[4]
