Elizabeth "Betsy" BLAIR was born about 1770 in Northumberland, British Colonial America, United States. She is the daughter of James Blair and Sarah Keene.
Mother of ten children, Galloway, Lucinda, Mary, Nancy, Sally, Hannah, John, George W., Garrett, and James B. She died in 1865, Gallatin County, Kentucky.
