There are two James Blairs who traveled to South Carolina from County Antrim with Reverend William Martin and his five shiploads of Covenanters. One sailed on the ship Lord Dunluce. That James named his wife Margaret and children James, William, Martha and Sarah as his heirs in his will dated 1796.
The second James (who I believe is the James of this profile) sailed on the Pennsylvania Farmer, and his family are not identified in his entry petitioning for land. He requested 150 acres. Each immigrant in Reverend Martin's party was authorized 100 acres, plus an additional 50 acres for each family member, meaning this James came with three family members.
