Biography

Narcisse was born in 1833. He passed away in 1905.

He is the son of Jean Baptiste Blais and Marguerite Mercier. of age when he marries

In the 1881 census Narcisse (age 49), Capt.De GoÉlette, was recorded as married in Quebec.[1]
