There were several contemporaneous men named Daniel Blaisdell. There was a Daniel Blaisdell born in 1793 in Sedgwick, son of Joseph Enoch Blaisdell. There was a Daniel Blaisdell born in 1798 in nearby Hampden Maine and there was a Daniel Blaisdell also 1793-1864 b. and d. in Kennebec County.
