Biography

William Blake was born on July 21, 1696 in Milton, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, son of Nathaniel Blake (1659–1720) and Martha Morey (1667–1748) [1].

William (31) married Hannah Moseley (25) (born on November 5, 1702 in Dorchester, Suffolk; daughter of John Moseley and Hannah (Clarke) Moseley) on January 1, 1728 in Dorchester, Suffolk.[2]

Their children were:

  1. William Blake (1729– )
  2. Jacob Blake (1731– )
  3. Jemima Blake (1733–1753)
  4. John Blake (1736–1806)

William died on October 15, 1736 in Milton, aged 40. He was buried in Milton Cemetery, Milton, Massachusetts[3].
