Isaac Wesly Blake was born on January 14, 1869 in Fairmount, Somerset, Maryland, United States, son of George Wesley Blake (1823–1889) and Mary J. Dryden (~1835– ).[1]
Isaac died on December 24, 1884 in Fairmount, aged 15. He was buried in Samuel J. Landon Family Cemetery, Landonville.[1]
