Biography

Andrew W. Blake was born about Jan 1802 in Castine (Brooksville), Hancock, Maine, United States, son of Daniel Blake (1764 - 1833) and Sarah (Bakeman) Blake (1766 - 1848).

He was probably born in the section of Castine that became Brooksville in 1817 as his father appeared in the 1800 and 1810 census in Castine

Andrew married Nancy Y. Bakeman , daughter of John B Bakeman and Sarah Young, on 21 Aug 1823[1] in Brooksville.

Their children were:
