George and Barbara's children:

2. JOSEPH BLAKISTON, buried 14 Oct. 1646[3]
3. SAMUEL BLAKISTON, buried 8 Oct. 1647[4]

Upon the Restoration in England in 1660, George Blakiston's property was confiscated. However, the Corporation of Newcastle granted him £500, as it was cited that "he did many good services for this town." So it was that in 1668, he and his family immigrated to Maryland. The family established themselves in St. Mary's County. His estate was conducted in 30 September 1669 by his son, John.[9]

George's "occupations" are all over the place. Sections and subjects should be in better order.

Not sure who added item #12. I don't recall having any such source. Should it be removed?

Source #2 and #7 are actually two separate citations. They cite two separate pages from the same source.

Source #2 and source #7 are identical and should be made one source.

The birth date of 1611 is properly sourced and should replace the date in the data field at the top of the page.

The mother of George Blakiston is Margaret James. There is no mention of his having a second wife of any name, including Elizabeth James as suggested in the second section.
