On 25 Dec 1838 the commission, appointed to "divide the Negroes belonging to the estate of Millington Blalock decd. amongst the widow and children," made its report, including:

In 1850 Woodson Washington 57 and Sally Washington 52 lived in Dutch District, Granville, North Carolina, with their 6 youngest children: John 22, Beccy 20, Millington 19, Hubbard 17, Samuel 13, and Lauretta 11. Woodson was a farmer with $1374 in real estate.[3]
Sarah Blalock Washington probably died after the 1850 census, and before the 1860 census, when her husband and 3 of their children appeared together in Dutch, Granville, North Carolina.[4]
