Hi Christie,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

I would love to become a member of this group. I have started doing a lot of research into my family tree and have found it to be fascinating. Most of the older generation of my family has passed away and I regret not being able to ferret out more information from them about my family history. I have enjoyed taking what pieces of information I have obtained and connecting the dots. This community will enable me to make more connections and I think that would be great! I totally stand behind the mission of this group and believe in collaboration and better access to information to anyone who can agree to follow the basic rules of common courtesy and respect.
Thank you for visiting WikiTree as a guest !

To give you an idea on how WikiTree works, we have an introductory WikiTree video that a member created. If you decide you would like to join, please read the Honor Code, post a comment here on your profile and we would be glad to add you to our wikitree community. Maggie N
