Weymouth Vital Records include "Susanna of ______________ ... b. 12 Aug 1671"[1]
She is listed in some trees as the daughter of Nathaniel Blanchard (about 1632–1676) and Susanna Bates (about 1634–after 1712). This is plausible, as the date fits in a gap in the birth order of their children and the mother's name was Susanna. There was no further record of a Susanna Blanchard, so her identity remains uncertain.
