Emily & Edwin Jacobs resided in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts, along with two year old Emily W. Jacobs, as recorded in the 1860 Census. All three were born in Massachusetts. Emily was 29 years of age; her husband Edwin was 34 years old.
Michael Jacobs (age 78) & Huldah Jacobs (age 74) resided with them, along with Mary Kelleher, a servant born in Ireland, and Dexter Bowker, age 17, b. in Massachusetts.[3]
She was mentioned in the testimony of Betsey Frances Tirrell May 1860 murder trial [4].
