Jean Baptiste Leon Blanchette was born on 22 Jun 1883 in Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He was the son of Oliver Blanchette and his wife Adelie Brodeur. Jean Baptiste died of consumption at the age of 8 months 12 days on 5 Mar 1884 in Marlborough.
