Biography

Leslie was born 20 Sep 1931 in Pleasant Valley, Scott, Iowa. He was the son of Arthur Bland and Lena Kuhl.^[1]

In 1940 he was living in Oakland Township, Louisa, Iowa.^[2] The household include Arthur L Bland age 40 born in Illinois, wife Lena Bland age 39 born in Iowa, son Gurven Bland age 16 born in Colorado, son Harlan Bland age 14 born in Colorado, son Leslie Bland age 7 born in Iowa and son Willard Bland age 5 born in Iowa. Arthur was a farmer.

He died 23 Jan 2004 in Durant, Cedar, Iowa.^[3][4][5]

He is buried in Davenport Memorial Park, Davenport, Scott County, Iowa.^[6]
