I have all the vital records for Middlesex and Worcester counties in my library on CD. I cannot find any support for the marriage to John Maynard or for the death of anyone named Sarah Maynard in either Sudbury or Ashburnham.
The Marlborough, MA Vital Records lists Joseph Maynard, born in 1685 as the son of John, Sr., and Mary, not Sarah as you claim. Is this a VR error or did Sarah marry John after 1685, contrary to the claim (1679) of this profile.

Blandford-124 and Blanford-1 appear to represent the same person because: Spelled both ways in records. Father is Blanford aka Blandford.

Blanford-1 and Blandford-124 do not represent the same person because: Duplicates must always be merged into the lowest number.
