Herman Edward Blanks was born on 16 Sep 1925 in Fort Wayne, Allen, Indiana, United States.

In the 1940 census Herman (age 14) was the son of Alberta Blanks in Fort Wayne, Allen, Indiana, United States.^[2]

Herman married Maryolyn Joy Mudd (1929 - 1977). Their son was Robert Earl Blanks (1947 - 2013).

Herman died on 21 Nov 1967 aged 42. Herman was in an obituary on 22 November 1967 in Stamford, Connecticut. He died (age 42) on 21 November 1967.^[3]
