Agnes "Aggy" Johnson formerly Blanton was born in 1783 in Washington County, Virginia, United States, the daughter of William Blanton and Hannah R. (Hobbs) Blanton. She was the sister of Reuben Blanton and Jeremiah Blanton.
Aggy married Cyrenius "Rhea" Johnson about 1807 in Washington County, Virginia, United States.

When Aggy was 72, she provided the Desription of Service for her father's Revolutionary War Pension Statement an Application, which lists her father and mother as well as her siblings. She is listed in this document as Aggy Johnson.[2] She died after 1860 in New York, United States.
