Biography
Frederick was born in 1875[1] He was the son of George Blay and Rose Woods. he was living with his parents and siblings at Maidens Green, Winkfield (With Ascot), Berkshire, England and he was attending school in 1881[2] He was still living with his parents and siblings at Grove Road, Winkfield, Berkshire, England and he was working as a Gardeners Assistant in 1891[3] He married Ada Oates in Reading, Berkshire, England in 1898[4] He was living with his wife and a son in Twyford, Berkshire, England and he was working as a Gardener in 1901[5] He was living with his wife and children in Winkfield, N/R Bracknell, Berkshire, England and he was working as a Gardener Domestic in 1911[6] He passed away in 1915[7]
