Biography

Richard Blechynden was born on 5 May 1857 in Calcutta to Charles Edward Blechynden ^[1]

Richard immigrated to the United States in 1892 ^[2] and started his new life as a tea merchant. ^[3]

Richard died on 26 July 1940 in Ryde, Isle of Wight.^[4] His heirs were Caroline Louisa Copp (wife of Alexander Foreman Copp), Hugh Frederick Masters and John Gerald Fardell.
