Elizabeth "Lizzie" BLEVINS was born on 16 March 1875 in Floyd County, Kentucky[1] and died on 9 September 1918 in Johnson County, Kentucky.[2] She was the daughter of Alvis BLEVINS and Emeline "Emma or Emily" CAUDILL.[3], [4]
Elizabeth "Lizzie" BLEVINS was married twice. Her first marriage was to Edward Lee BOWLING.
Edward Lee BOWLING, was born about 10 March 1870 in West Virginia[5] and died on 5 August 1909 in Whitehouse, Johnson County, Kentucky.[5] He is buried in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville, Johnson County, Kentucky.[5]
After his death, Elizabeth "Lizzie" (BLEVINS) BOWLING married her second husband, Asbury PRESTON, on 8 June 1912 in Whitehouse, Johnson County, Kentucky. It was his second marriage, his first being to Telitha Jane "Tabitha" BORDERS on 8 May 1866 in Lawrence County, Kentucky.[6], [7]
