Biography

Janice Helene Edon, 69, of Red Wing died Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at the Fairview Red Wing Medical Center. She was born on December 1, 1936 in Fargo, North Dakota to Walter and Alice (Wien) Blilie. She graduated from Fargo Central High School in 1954 and on September 4, 1954 she was married to Gilbert Edon in Fargo. They lived in the Fargo-Moorhead area until 1970 when they moved to Red Wing. She worked a number of years at Claydon's Party Shop and Red Wing Pottery Sales Room. She was a member of United Lutheran Church, Sons of Norway, Fairview Red Wing Hospital Auxiliary and the Alumni of Fargo Central. She enjoyed many things, such as boating, bowling, needlework, shopping, meeting friends at Braschlers Bakery, her many pets and the love of her family and friends.
