Biography
John was born in 1836. He is the son of Theodore Bliss and Juliet Mann. On Nov. 7, 1860 he married Louisa Dean. His second wife was Ethel Lynn Clarke, daughter of Samuel W. and Catherine B. Clarke. They were married Dec. 15, 1890.
