Biography

George Blizzard was born on August 8, 1845 in Easton, Suffolk, England, son of George Blizzard (1811–1890) and Phoebe Blake (1814–1897).[1]

George married Elizabeth (Atkins) Blizzard on 18 Jan. 1870 in Horton, Tasmania.[2]

Elizabeth died (age 37) on 13 May 1886 in Horton, Tasmania.[3]

George was the informant for his wife's death. He signed with his mark so was not able to write.

George married Eliza Smedley on 7 Jun. 1888 in Horton, Tasmania.[4]

George died on October 9, 1913 in Mengha, Tasmania, Australia, aged 68.[5]
