Elmer Blohm was born in 1917 to Alfred Blohm and his wife Anna.
In 1920, Elmer Blohm age 3 was living in Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his parents on a farm that was being rented.[1]
In 1930, Elmer Blohm age 12 was living in Milwaukee (Districts 251-337), Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 1368 first Street with his parents and two siblings Albert 9 and Lillian 7 both born in Wisconsin. All three children were attending school. Both there parents were working father was a house Carpenter and mother did laundry for private familys.[2]
In 1940, Elmer Blohm age 22 and single was living in Brookfield, Waukesha, Wisconsin. Was living there with his parents and four siblings.[3]
