William was born 17 Feb 1902 at Auckland, New Zealand. He is the illegitimate son of Antaeus Calkin and Constance Anna Raymond.
1902 - 17 Feb, Birth registered for William Antaeus Raymond, his mother listed as Constance Anna Raymond, unmarried, father not named but is Antaeus Busirus Calkin.[1] William's mother Constance Raymond later married Charles Albert Bloomfield, and William Antaeus Raymond adopted the surname Bloomfield.

Raymond-2604 and Bloomfield-938 appear to represent the same person because: William Antaeus Raymond was born out of wedlock to Constance Raymond and the father was not named. The biological father was Antaeus Busirus Calkin, and Constance Raymond married Mr Bloomfield who appears to have adopted William Antaeus Raymond/Calkin/Bloomfield.
