Biography
Jean-Baptiste, fils de Gabriel BLOUIN et Marie Geneviève MERCIER, est né le 17 avril 1779 et baptisé le même jour à Berthier-sur-Mer (Berthier-en-Bas). [1]
Il épouse Marie Catherine CORRIVEAU, fille de Guillaume CORRIVEAU et Marie Françoise BRUNEAU, le 24 octobre 1803 à St-Vallier. [2] Marie Catherine, est décédée à l'âge d'environ 27 ans, le 16 avril 1814. Leurs enfants connus sont:
- Jean David, n. 3 oct 1804 - m. 31 janvier 1826 à Barbe Élisabeth FOURNELLE
- Marie Catherine, n. 30 nov 1806 - m. 15 août 1826 à Jean Baptiste COUILLARD
- Marguerite, n. vers 1812 - d. 8 juin 1820, à 8 ans (Source: IGD)
Le 1er juillet 1816, à Berthier-sur-Mer (Berthier-en-Bas), il épouse Marie Angélique BERGEVIN (LANGEVIN), fille de défunt François Régis BERGEVIN et Marie Angélique VÉZINA. [3] Leur seul enfant connu est Amable Nazaire, né le 21 avril 1817 à Berthier-en-Bas et marié à St-Vallier, le 7 juillet 1840 à Delphine FORTIN. (Source: IGD)
Jean Baptiste est décédé à l'âge de 78 ans le 13 mai 1857 et inhumé 2 jours plus tard à St-Vallier. Selon l'Acte de Sépulture, il était marchand à St-Vallier. [4]
