Biography
Elizabeth Ann Blount married John Cheshire of Edenton, North Carolina. They were married by the Rev. Frederick Hatch. Following the death of John Cheshire, she remained in Edenton and subsequently moved to Tarborough, North Carolina, where he son Joseph Blount Cheshire was rector of Calvary Church. She is buried in the Calvary Churchyard in Tarborough. Her gravestone reads: "Elizabeth Ann Blount Cheshire, mother of Joseph Blount Cheshire, 9 Jun 1790 - 28 Dec 1869"
