Biography
Candace was born in 1922. She was the daughter of Claude Blount and Eileen Mcfarland. She passed away in 2003.
She is becoming a chalange..
1930 census doesn’t mention her in the household. It lists ( archives.com and ancestry.com I imagine) her sister Florina who I can only find a birth date of. Analyzing the original document, the web sites should correct this to read “Elmina” ( not florina). This was the middle name of Candace and my interpretation of what was written
Next is the discrepancy’s I find in her first marriage document. The day and month are correct but she was listed as being age 21 in 1940 when her husband was listed as being age 25 in 1941.
