Biography
- Colonel William Oakes Blount (1788-1831) was the son of Sir Charles Burrell Blount and Elizabeth Anne Wyche.
- He married Frances Charlotte Orlebar, daughter of Richard Orlebar and his wife Charlotte Willing on the 2nd of April 1829 in St Mary's Church, Poddington, Bedfordshire, England.
- He died aged 39 on 24 April 1831 and was buried in All Saints' Church burial ground, Lydiard Millicent.
