Biography
George was born in 1860. He was the son of George Blow and Elizabeth Allmand.
George graduated from the United States Naval Academy and was serving aboard the USS Maine when it exploded in Havana Harbor on 15 February 1898. George survived, and continued an illustrious career in the Navy.
