Newsday (Suffolk Edition):Melville, New York:Saturday, March 5, 1949 Page:5 Rites Monday for Mrs Lillian Peel Hempstead — Funeral services for Mrs Lillian May Peel, 48, of 185 Beverly Road, East Hempstead, will be held Monday (7 Mar) at 2:30 PM in her home where she died yesterday (4 Mar) afternoon of a heart attack. Interment will be In Greenfield cemetery. Mrs Peel, who was stricken shortly before 4 PM, was found lying on the sofa by her husband, George. Besides her husband, Mrs Peel is survived by her daughters, Mrs Edith Dennon and Barbara Jane Peel, and a grandson George Dennon.
