Biography
He was born on 31 Oct 1810 in Kentucky, USA and his parents were John Bly and Charity Adams.
Abraham Bly first married on 22 Jan 1835 in Montgomery County, Indiana, USA to Mary Ann Carmon. [1]
During the American Civil War he served as a Private in Company-G, Regiment#23 Virginia Cavalry, Confederate Army.
By 1870 Abraham Bly had married secondly to an Elizabeth of unknown maiden surname (1828-1906).
He passed away on 17 Feb 1886 in Bloomfield Township, Polk County, Iowa, USA and was buried at Elm Grove Cemetery in DesMoines, Polk County, Iowa, USA. [2]
