Tessa was born in 1873. She is the daughter of Thomas Boardman and Sarah Day.
The 1900 census says Tessa has been married for eight years and gives her surname as LUTES. Unfortunately, that last name was continued for her four brothers listed following her. Then comes Olga LUTZ, listed as a granddaughter. It seems likely she is Tessa's daughter. No husband for Tessa is enumerated with the family.
