Biography

Z Solomon Bobo was enumerated as self at Cross Keys, Union County, South Carolina for the United States Census, 1880. He was noted as a farmer, born in 1837 in South Carolina and married. Also included in the household are daughter M Fannie Bobo, daughter Nannie O Bobo, and wife Martha A Bobo.[1]

His daughter Minnie Franconia Betsill died March 8, 1943 at 6 Ladson Street, Greenville, Greenville County, South Carolina. She died of a cerebral hemorrhage and arteriosclerosis was a contributing factor as seen in an image of the South Carolina Certificate of Death. The husband was listed as Walter J. Betsill and the mother Mattie Dillard.[2]

Young S Bobo was listed as the father of Nancy Bobo Smith who died December 21, 1958 in Union, Union County, South Carolina. The mother was listed as Martha Ann Dillard and the husband Joseph A Smith.[3]

As listed in the Find A Grave Index,[4] Young Solomon Bobo is buried at Padgetts Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Cross Keys, Union County, South Carolina.[5]
