The will of Rudolph Behm, yeoman of Warwick Twp, was made on 10 Apr 1764, witnessed by Philip Farnsler and Samuel Maÿli, and proven on 30 April 1773.[1] He names as his heirs his wife Elizabeth and his six children :

Land deeds record Rudolph Beam and Elizabeth (i) in Lebanon Twp with oldest son Jacob and (ii) in Warwick Twp with oldest son Michael :
1756 : Rudolph Beam and Elizabeth his wife grant to their oldest son Jacob a 360-acre tract of land in Lebanon Township (it being a tract which they had purchased from John Henry Kemper in 1749) [2]
1758 : Rudolph Behme and Elizabeth his wife grant to their oldest son Michael a 212-acre tract of land on Checasalungo Creek (being part of a 400-acre tract received by them in 1743 from Michael Boughman and his wife Catherine, that being part of a 1,002-acre tract granted to Michael Boughman and Catherine his wife in 1742) [3]
1770 : Rudolph Behm of Warwick Twp and Elizabeth his wife grant to their son Rudolph a 53-acre tract of land (which had been granted to Rudolph (Sr) in 1765) [4]
