Cemetery - The contributor on FAG recently moved the memorial for Joel from the Joel Sturgill Cemetery to the Beyrl Boggs Cemetery. Joel Sturgill is the correct cemetery and is listed on the death certificate. The Beryl Boggs Cemetery is a fenced in area of family plots within the Joel Sturgill Cemetery. It is very common in the Letcher County area to have a group of family plots fenced in and locked. I have personally visited this cemetery on multiple occasions. Penny-673
