Biography

Lloy was born in 1891. She was the daughter of Benjamin Franklin Boggs, (1866–1944) and Flora Sylvia Pickard, (1860–1953).

The 1900 Census^[1] shows her at age 9 in the home of her parents in the Dewey & Springer Townships of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma Territory.

The 1910 Census^[2] shows her at age 18 in the home of her parents in Dewey, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

She married Frank Maupin (1884-1937) on 2 Jul 1912 in Jones, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.^[3]
No children appear on the next two censuses.

The 1920 Census^[4] shows her at age 28 with her husband in Elk, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

The 1930 Census^[5] shows her at age 36 with her husband in Torrance, Los Angeles County, California.

Frank Maupin was killed by a drunk driver in 1937.^[6]

She ran a dress making and alterations business for 15 years in Hermosa Beach, California, and relocated it to Torrance, California in Aug 1937.^[7]

She married Frederick Ernest Cooper on 8 Mar 1941 in Clark County, Nevada.^[8]

She passed away in 1986. ^[9]

Her father, Benjamin Franklin Boggs (1866–1944) according to Family Search is descended from Andrew Elliot Elliot Boggs (1767-1854).
