On FamilySearch.org I have found that James R. Boggs intended to marry Eliza Robb on 2 Jan 1819, then on 5 Jan 1819 and finally made it happen on 4 Mar 1819.

James Ryan was a doctor and served in the War of 1812.

He married Elizabeth Robb 5 Jan 1819 in St. Clairsville, Belmont, Ohio.
