Beulah was born in 1918. She was the daughter of John Bogue and Lydia Stoelting. Her father died when she was quite young and she spent some time in The Creche Orphan Home with her siblings in Council Bluffs, IA, before returning to Indiana with her mother and siblings.
She married George C. Parr 15 May, 1945 and had two daughters.
The family lived in Bowie, Maryland for many years.
She passed away in 2002. She is buried in Vincennes, Indiana.

1940 Census (image), Vincennes, Knox, IN Beulah Fr. Bogue was a lodger in the household of Frank Hoffman, with two other single women. She was 21, a stenographer at the creamery (Tip Top Creamery most likely), and had lived in Sullivan County in 1935.
