MARRIAGE RECORDS:Franklin Co., Rocky Mount, VA Marriage Records Know all men by these present that we John Mullins & Wiliam Bohannon are held and firmly bound unto Edmund Randolph, Esqr, in the sum of fifty pounds to be paid unto the said Edm'd Randolph or to his successors, we bind ourselves, our heirs, etc. firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 3rd day of September 1787. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas there is a marriage shortly intended to be had and soluminzed between the above bound John Mullins and Lucy Bohannon.
