September 2017 “Today I received a nice informative email from LiAnn Lee whose husband is Robert N. Lee's grandson. She stated that both photos are Nancy Ann (Marler) Lee wife of Robert. The photo on the right was sent to me by a Marler relative in Oklahoma years ago and identified as Nancy (Rivers?) Bohannon. Li Ann Lee has convinced me this is incorrect, but I have found many others on genealogy sites and threads believe that the dark contrasted photo on the right is Nancy Bohannon Marler. I now believe it is her daughter Nancy Ann.”
If this is my Wikitree post. I will correct it as well. I haven’t been doing any genealogy work lately due to health issues.
Posted by Brenda-Kampa This is a picture of Nancy Marler Lee, daughter of Nancy Rivers Bohannon. She was my 2x great grandmother, married to Robert Nelson Lee.
Also, this site refers to the photo being erroneously attributed to Nancy Rivers Bohannon:

"As for the Indian blood, my husbands family has always been told that Nancy Ann was a half blood Cherokee. Her picture indicates the Indian heritage, but no documentation has come to light.I have several pictures of her. One on the internet has been copied over and over and is NOT Nancy Bohannon, but Nancy Ann Marler Lee."
